Since it looks like Admin Web is using this software now, let's talk about Woltlab's software, Burning Board! I think from a member standpoint it looks pretty sleek, and it's super cool that it comes with articles so you don't have to purchase a separate software. I just actually bought a license last night and already have a project in mind for it. So far from my short experience with using the software, the admin control panel is laid out nicely, though I still need to get a feel for setting up permissions for each forum. Of course since the software is made by a German company, most support threads are in German but there's English support too on the support forum. A old Sonic forum I used to frequent used an older version of the software, it was the only Sonic forum at the time that used Burning Board. With it being the cheapest paid software, it comes with some awesome features! You do need to pay a fee for a gallery and downloads, but not all communities need these installed. Have you ever used this software before?

This is the first time I believe I am using Burning Board from Woltlabs and I do like it. It looks clean and is super user-friendly as well which I like.
I have never used it as an admin though so I couldn't comment on it from that perspective but from what it looks like and how easy it is to use as a user, I have high hopes of it being just as good behind the scenes in the admin panel.

It definitely looks nice.
I hear that it is very customisable, even without adding much code.

Yes, Woltlab Suite has something like a pick and choose colour scheme builder. They also allow custom CSS and adding additional template.
If you need only to change the colours of the default theme, that is very easy.

True. I am really enjoying Woltlab Suite Forum. The back-end has so many features.
Most of them are straightforward. We can open tickets if we need official support.

That does sound awesome. I may look into this myself just out of curiosity. I am using Xenforo at the moment and I do love that software but would never be open to other software especially if I have only just heard about them.
I do like it when a backend has features that are pretty straight forward.

You can request a free demo at their site if you like to try the backend.

That's awesome! I will definitely take a look at the demo and check it out. I love that companies offer a demo for you to try before you jump in and make any purchases, giving you a feel of the software and whether it would be something you would like and enjoy using both as a member and an admin.

Yes, that is helpful. Most software do that these days.
If you have any trouble, do ask here. Will try my best to help you out.

I am loving the forum after the switch. I loved Flarum too, more and more people are responding now. I could only guess the reason.
This layout appears to be more attractive than the old one, to a wide variety of people.
