What is your opinion about Namecheap? Do you have their domain or hosting plans?
They offer a variety of services including business emails apart from domain and web hosting services.
Their customer support is very responsive compared to other companies. They solve issues if they can.
Their first year rates are a bit higher when compared to GoDaddy, Hostinger and other options.
I like the way they survived over years and not without good feedback from the customers.
Recently, I feel they are trying to do too many things at the same time without scaling their support infrastructure proportionally.
Overall, I like them.
There are alternatives if you want to try.

They respond very quickly though. Almost 100% you get to chat with them live.
I always buy my domain names from Namecheap at the moment and have had no issues with them at all.
I have found it quite easy to be able to sell domain names as well that I no longer have use for which has been a great help. Their hosting is one thing I have not used as I at the moment do not need hosting.
Namecheap is increasing their pricing as of January 2025. They call it on cPanel price rise, which is very frequent and considerable.
Got an email from Namecheap. Their domain renewals got costly.
I use Namecheap more has a habit than for any real reason. I use it only for domain registrations and some have said it has good hosting deals.
But I need to research if Namecheap is a good option considering other options, but I haven't taken the time.
