Don't rely on over sold hosting packages. Get yourselves a good server. People do not like keep waiting. They move on even if takes a few seconds. Google also favours faster websites. Investing a bit in this area is good for SEO.
4. Caching
You should be very careful when dealing with cache or caching. Because if you play with too much, you might ruin the SEO advantage. The purpose of caching is to ensure that your website loads faster. Try both server side and browser side caching. If you are not smart enough, hire someone to help.
5. Reliable CMS
It is important that you do not use a dated CMS. SEO is ever evolving. it is not easy to update your files manually. A good CMS always gives you an edge when it comes to SEO. Make sure to use on that updates regularly adding the new and updated changes in Google's algorithm.
