It talks about flashing the OS, adding an NVME, connecting a a keyboard and mouse, adding monitor etc. Please note that Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano Super does not comes with HDMI port support for your monitor. You might need a display port adapter if you have a monitor with HDMI out.

The pricing is not insane either. $250 for 8GB RAM board with AI ready hardware is a good deal.

Still worth it

I would take the deal any time if I could also run my own choice of OS. Not just the Nvidia's version of Ubuntu 22.04.

When I tried Amazon it is almost $350 for the main seller in my case.

Possibly that. It is a nice deal for sure. And I love the fact that it is still Ubuntu under the hood.

There are a few Nvidia-built tools available on it as well. Most of them are for developers. It is a board / computer for developers more than anyone else.

It is mainly for developers who are looking for a AI hardware base to build tool. From robotics to fun projects, the limits are literally infinite.
