I think there is a chance it gets banned in the US. OpenAI is known to received generous backing from Microsoft. MS is a powerful entity that can influence US policies.

Who knows. TikTok got a breather recently. But Deepseek is an entirely different game. Officials might not like it much for various reasons in the US.

So it will gone? Deepseek banned, like TikTok?

Many people would extend their support just because Deepseek is created by a Chinese firm.

Saw reports that OpenAI, the makers of ChatGPT want Deepseek banned.

Never. I took breaks but I love graphics, drawing and digital painting. The happiness that comes with it too good to leave ;)

Canva free is a good way to start. Their premium plan is an attractive one as well. As for Affinity, I love them for the ease of use in many areas. But having invested a lot of time following open source tools, I try to rely on them for most of my needs.

How about Affinity by Serif? Now owned by Canva.

Adobe Suite would be easy to begin. The only problem is that you are locked into it once you invest enough time. There will be a price increase at some point and if you don't keep up, it is not nice.
